STR Meet a Theory: The Behavioral Theory of Firm

The STR Division is pleased to host a new monthly “Meet a Theory” series. In these sessions, we will cover the assumptions and foundations of a theory, the current state, and the future trajectory in strategic management research. Our first session will focus on the behavioral theory of firm, and discuss the theory from the perspectives of search, attention, learning, and performance feedback.
